I compare your times to my calendar and contact you to confirm a time.  You will receive an email with 1) directions; 2) forms to fill out.  Typically, I call new clients to confirm the first appointment.

If you have questions about my services that need answered before you’re ready to proceed, ask for a phone call instead of an appointment.  If I’m not the right fit, I’ll try to recommend another option.
